went to my OB yesterday...
and she was putting my c/section on the calendar, and then said
"oops! i'm going to be out of town that week...so we will have to do your c/s a week later."
waaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!!!!
does she not understand that you don't say that to a pregnant lady?
I guess I can always go into labor before then...but also don't want her to be gone.....
then, today was another ultrasound at IMC...
all looks great!
Baby weighs 4lbs 6 oz....(measuring 2 weeks ahead)
the dr. said "wow! he's big! he'll be BIG by the time he's born!"
so I said "how big?" (very nervous)
he said..." like 7 lbs 10 oz!"
that's big? I don't think that's big...really.
Chloe was 6lb 8 oz
Kase 7lb 4oz
Kai 7lb 10oz
I think we'll be ok....oh, and its a c/section...so bring on the big baby!!!!
got some good pics. of the baby....
and we even saw HAIR on his little head!
so so cute.
Can't wait to meet this little guy....
I mean BIG guy!

You were at IMC today! So was I!! that stinks about having to wait another week. Thats the WORST THING A DOCTOR CAN SAY TO YOU! haha. 7 lbs 10 oz isnt BIG, its normal!! Geez, Jackson was 10 lbs! haha And he came out of "Me" not a c section, oh yikes. bring on the big babies, they eat and sleep better!!
7 10 is NOT big! LOL! My first three were 9 5, 9 11, and 9 13.5. And my 4th was a tiny little 8 7...shot right out in 3 pushes.
I cannot wait to hold this little man! And take naps with him on my chest.....and comb his hair.....and kiss his neck....mmmmmmmm! HEAVEN!
That is NUTS! How can a doc say such a thing... LATER? ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Good night, lady. I think that sounds like a great weight- not too big, not too small. Did they mention if he had a "sleep button" with all that hair? Both of my babies seemed to be minus that vital piece...
Don't worry- we'll come up with a way to get your doc to move her vacation... I'm thinking small fire... ;)
Michelle - your kids are so stinkin' gorgeous! Can't wait to see a tiny one! My babies are usually in the 8-9 pound range, so this new one was tiny (7 lb. 8 oz.). I didn't think it was any easier with a small one, but I hear they sleep through the night faster when they're bigger!
You could talk her into doing it right before she leaves! Especially if he is measuring early. That will give you a good arguement. I loved having a scheduled c/s! I always felt there WAS AN END to the craziness! Unlike waiting around for labor to hit. :)
