Happy New Year!

New Years is very low key at our house...and it's excactly the way we like it.....after Christmas, the last thing we want to do is go out and spend more money and be busy.....so, we buy crab legs (which are always on sale this week)....eat crab, play board games, Christmas Bingo (given to us by my Grandma Madsen, and already played MANY times), and just hang out. I love love New Years Eve! We always buy the little cracker thingy where you pop them and a paper crown pops out w/ a small prize and a message.....the kids love this...here are some pics of them w/their crowns on...and then throwing confetti all over. (oh yes, and Chloe insisted on dressing up in her mermaid costume for the big event...just wouldn't be the same w/out a princess at our party!)

Also this year Juice and I sat and watched the kids do tricky jumps off the chair....got some cool pictures of that! We make our own fun on New Years :) Happy New Year to you all
