our house has really turned into a neighborhood gathering place for the kids....I think it's because it's easy to see our house, since we are on a main road...and once a child sees a scooter parked on the sidewalk...it starts a chain reaction of children stopping by.....
I have had to learn how to handle this..because in our old neighborhood...there weren't a lot of children running around....but it is nice knowing what my children are up to, and interact w/the other neighborhood kids....they are a great group of kids! I am getting excited for Summer and the late night hide and seek! bring it on!
Here's a picture of the kids playing "Army".....it's pretty funny to watch...I remember playing cops and robbers growing up.....love it when they are creative and playing outside! I also love that all ages play together...Chloe is really learning to put down the princess wand once in a while and do some "boy stuff."

ok where did you get Chloe's army man hat? Porter had one that was Jacksons,and well jackson broke it and I cant find a new one ANYWHERE. Porter loved that stinking helmet! help! Where did you get it!
Thanks for being so supportive of my decision to quit. You are one of the only ones at work who have said such nice things about it, and I appreciate it. I am so excited to be a full time mom, it's the greatest joy life has given me. I promise to keep in touch...especially through blogging!!!
