Better picture to come.
I just want to say Happy Father's Day to the world's best Dad! My Dad is a great example of hard work....if you know him, you know this.....he has worked in the glass business all of his working life, and a few years ago he started his own glass company...which has been very successful! Even though he is now his own boss, he is so disciplined....he "goes to work" the same time, comes home about the same time...works M-F.....he is the hardest working guy I know. And then on the weekends, he always has some kind of project going on, whether it be finishing our basement, building a pergola a deck or something...finishing his own basement, landscaping his yard etc.....there is never a dull moment!
Also, this guy you may have seen running down the street every morning......I don't think he's ever woken up and NOT gone running....he is a long distance runner that has run many many marathons, 50 miler, and 100 mile races.....insane, I know....even when we would go on vacations, he would wake up and go running for a few hours.....he is very dedicated. He is also a ton of fun! He is just a really relaxed, easy going guy....that loves hanging out with his wife of 36 years (i think that's the # they are on now...could be 37), and his 7 grandkids.
He was the funnest Dad growing up too! My Dad was not afraid to take all 3 of us out by himself for a night out with Dad! We would go roller skating, the arcade, wherever.....he always had something fun planned for us....or we would walk down to the canal and catch water skeeters! That was fun! I can hardly ever remember my Dad mad.....he is just a great guy. He raised us to be nice to all people and accepting of everyone.....not to judge or be prejudice.....he taught us about being self motivated and doing things ourselves, and not letting anyone walk all over you...stand up for what you believe in. I could go on and on.......he still to this day is always helping us and others out.....he attends his grandkid's dance concerts, takes them out exploring etc....he is wonderful and I love you Dad!
