- 1. I HATE things around my feet....like if I am sitting on the couch and there is laundry to be folded by my feet, or Juice's stuff from work on the floor it really irritates me...I have to have like 4 feet around where my feet rest with nothing there.
2. While in nursing school I went up to Karl Malone's door and asked if he needed a babysitter...Juice and I had an apt. close by....Kay Malone said sure, got my name and number, and the next morning, I awoke to Karl Malone calling me asking me to come watch their kids...and then continued to babysit for them and go places with them and their kids as a second 'nanny'.....until I got too busy in nursing school....and also met a lot of other bb players....who I pretended to know who they were...but really didn't and could have cared less about basketball.....

One of my all time favorite things to do is to work in the yard.....I love to spend my money on new perennials, and spend time trying out different things....I love cottage perennial gardens with mixed borders, and feel that this is something that you never "complete"...it's always a work in progress, and that's what I love about it....move things around, pull out what you hate, buy more of what you love etc....I treat myself to new perennials all the time, and currently am working on my perennial garden in the backyard......
4. I find History and Mythology very boring, but took lots of these classes at the U, just to take them with Juice....I know, really lame.
5. I have NEVER worn lipstick or blush.....unless I was in jr. high school just messing around.....I wear that pink and green mascara to the left, and Clinique loose powder and that's it....oh and when I put on my mascara, I open my mouth and raise my eyebrows.....if you do this, you know what I mean.
6. I LOVE to vacuum....I vacuum at least once a day, usually twice...I love to see lines in my carpet....and recently sold my Dyson vacuum because it didn't make good enough lines, and bought a cheaper one from Target that makes awesome lines!!

Thanks for your comment on my blog! I did some "spring cleaning" on there. It was fun reading your tag... I can totally relate to your foot issues! I have ocd issues when it comes to my own & even other peoples feet! Ugh. I'm working through it, ha ha! Oh, but I totally can NOT relate to your excessive vacumming & gardening, except for that I love the lines in carpet too & your yard is beautiful.
ok, I should clarify on the yard work...I do not like spreading bark, laying sod, big man jobs like that....I will do it, but that is not the part of gardening I like.......I like the creative aspects of it....the color etc...and thanks for the compliment on the yard...my husband only gets credit for the grass...that's all he does out there because he freaks me out when he starts "digging" in the flower beds....at our old house, he dug up all of my favorite tulips while he was "looking" for the water turn on/off valve...ugh.
I love #2. That is so funny. Brian would love it if I were to nanny for him. This is funny...when you told me that your anniversary was tomorrow...the 20th, I thought you were saying that it was your 20th anniversary! I was shocked for a minute then realized you were talking about the date the 20th.
You are a funny girl Batez'! I love reading the way you describe your yardwork. I knew it was more than just planting things here and there. You are a master gardner! And the vaccum lines- hah- lol!! I did not know that bout you!
This is so fun! A little compulsive on the vacuum lines..... Ha ha!
