After being part of our family since 1995...I am very pleased to say that you are officially out of our lives. We are no longer slaves to you and your up and down interest rates, late fees etc....
As of today...we no longer owe Bank of America a single penny. Our debt w/you was into 5 figures....yes....that is bad....but it's gone....and will never return.
Thanks for helping us out when we needed you, but a huge weight is now off of our shoulders...and unfortunately we will not miss you. Haven't used you for a few years....and we are just fine w/out you...but glad to have you now comepletely out of our lives.

Congrats! That is such an awesome accomplishment and the feeling of being consumer-debt-free is like no other, especially if you've been burdened by it in the past. You guys are amazing!
I like what someone posted on my sisters facebook "Being debt free is the new golf club membership as the status symbol of choice". Its so great too... looking forward to joining that club.... especially the BOA free club. Unfortunately they hold our mortgage and a credit card I'm working on. Can't stand BOA though!
