Susan Powell

I do not understand this case.  She has been gone for exactly a month....are people looking for her?  It seems almost sureal.....and now her husband is moving out of state...wow.  I have my ideas as to what happened....I am sure he killed her and took her to some far away location....you know the scenerio....she was going to leave him...and he couldn't take it....so instead of divorce or moving away or whatever.....he kills her....now she is "missing"......hmmm....I know, he is not a "suspect" just a "person of interest"....but gosh, the system seems like it's moving so slow!
And really, if your spouse were missing...wouldn't you be hysterical and searching high and low....creating search teams etc.?  just bizarre.  If I ever go "missing" someone please look for me, ok?  Now you don't have to worry about my sweet husband doing away with me...because he would never do something that would make him be fully in charge of 4 kids by himself! :)
Now eventually it will be a husband, charged with murdering his wife...and now leaving two sweet little boys w/out not only a mother that adored them, but a father that will spend forever (hopefully) in prison.....how was that a solution to his problems?
Of course I am only guessing....because this hasn't been proven, nor has he been arrested...but we have all seen this scenerio all too often...and I just don't get it.
If you don't like me.....just leave me! really!

I really do hope they find her and my ideas are wrong....but I really am not too sure that that will be the ending.

I totally agree with you...if he did it I wish he would just confess...he looks so darn guilty!

Innocent until proven guilty....BULL CRAP! I don't buy it! He did it. I know that is bad of me to "assume"...but really? Come on! I've been wondering the same thing....are people even looking for her still? Sad, sad, sad. I love your comment about Juice never doing anything like that....and only for the fact that then he'd be left with 4 kids on his own. That is hilarious and SO true (of Bill too).

He totally did it. I've thought that since day 1. You're right about it happening too often. It reminds me of the movie "Sleeping with the Enemy". If he can't have her then no one can. Stupid men. I'm so glad she was keeping a journal at work. I wish they would make it public. Just because I'm morbid like that. :)

I agree, this is such a sad case. The worst part is that its almost like her husband is playing the victim here... oh poor him, he lost his job and now going to lose the house. Um, thats what happens when you don't show up to work! Everyone knows he did it, I just hope they solve this case sooner rather than later. I just can't imagine what her family is going through. My prayers are certainly with them.

We lived a few streets down from them when we lived in West Valley, I didnt know them, but my friend still lives there and knew the family well. She said that the whole thing is really "twilight zonish" There is always a police officer there, but what is being done? Now this neighbor demands some playground back, so weird. The husband has been cleared as a suspect. UM, what the heck, he left to go camping, and then his wife is "missing". SO bizarre. Reminds me of a few mad men murderers, Scott Peterson, and Mark Hacking. Both, totally CRAZY men, thanks heavens they didnt get away with it. SICK! jake would also never do me off... 5 kids? seriously. he would drop dead

Yeah, who takes their tiny children camping at 12:30 AM on a night when it's 6 degrees outside???????? I can't believe for an instant that he's innocent... he took one of Utah's high profile defense attorneys on like two days after she went "missing." He plead the fifth from the get-go. He's not looking for her. He doesn't care. What about those two little boys? What on earth is he telling them? Will this be one of those cases where 18 years from now, the little boy comes out and tells what really happens b/c he suddenly remembers? My goodness, this makes me so sad for those kids.

Ever since this stuff with Jon/K has happened I am a bit slower to condemn... but it sure seems like he should be frantic & searching!!! At least my husband just left me.... guess it coulda been worse! :(
