Happy New Year! 2010

For some reason I am more excited about this New Year than any other that I can remember.  A lot of families have struggled a lot with home and job losses and are trying to stay afloat....and I really feel hopeful about this new year.  I really hope that people will find jobs and are able to save their homes.  I also know that this last year has been a learning experience for all of us......on counting your blessings....living more simply, not trying to keep up with the Joneses.....and making every dollar count.....save more, spend less.

I hope this new year will find my family in good health.  That is the most important to me.  We are also very excited to meet the new little guy that will be joining our family in April.....we hope to keep our jobs and our home....pay off debt and save more.  I have a goal to become less busy....whether that is saying no more often...or whatever.  I want more open squares on my calendar....now I know with kids, that is hard to do...but there are a lot of unnecessary things that we can cut out....  I want to spend more time just hanging out with my family doing nothing inparticular....that's what I love the most!

We wish you all a wonderful New Year..and most of all a healthy New Year!!  Now none of this comes without a lot of hard work...but we can make it happen!

We love you.
