So, we start school on Monday...but already I love it there! They are attending a new charter school that is right by our house....and here is reason #98 why I love it....
They are having recess BEFORE lunch!!!!! There are studies out that say that kids rush through their lunches and waste a TON of food because they are in such a hurry to be the first one on the swings etc....and want to hurry to recess..... so the kids' school is doing 20min. of recess, then 20 min. of lunch...and then everyonen leaves the lunch room together to go to class....I love love this idea! I love that there school is trying new things...and not just doing what everyone has been doing for years......
oh and by the way...another super cool thing is that EVERY teacher is first aid and cpr certified! How cool is that?

Hey Michelle. Would you be able to tell me who to contact to take that cpr class that you organized in July? Also, I love that my name has 3 o's in it on your sidebar.
I love the lunch idea. Andy hardly touches his lunch because he wants to get out and play.
