Hemp Hula Girl at the Concert in Park City

So I was suppossed to be watching the concert...but instead I watched this girl do the hula hoop to the side.....she was more exciting...don't you think? My brother called her Hemp Girl... :) She looked happy.......and was pretty talented!! So I taped her.....my husband said "are you recording the concert?"....uh no...the hula hoop girl.
