ok, stole this from my friend Brooke's blog (she is an amazing cook, and the more I tell her that , maybe the more meals i'll get dropped off on my porch :) ...I have made this many times now and ALL of my kids love it...which is really rare to find something that they all love.....so thought I would share....thanks Brooke.
Chicken Roll Ups
2 c boiled, cut chicken
4 tbls melted butter
1 c chicken broth1 box stuffing (seasonings separate)
2 packages of crescent rolls
1 8oz cream cheese
Chopped, fresh mushrooms (optional)
Stir seasoning, cream cheese, chicken and mushrooms together, set aside. Open crescents, separate, spoon in chicken mixture. Close crescent roll around chicken mixture. Mix melted butter and chicken broth together. Dip filled crescent roll into liquid and roll in stuffing crumbs. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes oruntil golden.
Serve with Bep potatoes, cranberry sauce, and steamed broccoli or green salad.

mmmmmm...those look delicious! I love new ideas because we tend to get in the same rut when it comes to dinner. It seems fancy, but so easy. Thanks for sharing!
They sound like what we call Chicken Pillows and they are one of my family's favorite! So easy too! Sometimes I just use canned chicken if I'm in a hurry.
