what Juice said...
so Chloe was throwing a fit on the floor, flopping like a fish.....Juice looked down at her and said "she is very special." ha! maybe it's not funny...maybe you had to be there.
This is a priceless picture. I wish you could have also gotten one with her awful twin, flopping on the floor. It's hard to believe without evidence that she could possibly be a little imp!
