
Ok...yesterday I should have started week 4, but I think I will repeat week 3....week 4 really jumps up the running, and I want to get a little better at week 3 before I jump up...so Monday I ran around the soccer fields again while Chloe was at dance class....however, I didn't wear my shirt with my pocket, so i had to hold my ipod (that's not in a case) and i was nervous I would drop it...so kind of a bugger....my dad brought over his ipod shuffle that has a clip, and it is TINY...so you can just clip it wherever...so that may work better....anyway....still doing good....getting easier each time.....I have a girlfriend that wants to start running too, so we may start going in the evenings around the neighborhood....we both have 3 kids, so it's kind of a nice getaway!!

I am peaking over here from the GD board at BBC (FourLittleGuys) and I just think it is SO cool that you are doing this, i just found the link for the program and it is just what I'm looking for! I'm DYING to start running more and have been trying to figure out how to get started.
I may have to start this myself! Thanks for the inspiration!
